Children of Bodom - Halo of BloodHalo Of Blood, the eighth studio album by world renowned Finnish heavy metal band , has debuted on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart at #54 following its first week of release.  Additional Billboard chart debuts include:

#52 – Top Current Albums

Halo Of Blood also debuted at #21 on the Canadian Top 200 Albums chart.

Halo Of Blood was recorded at Danger Johnny Studios in Helsinki, Finland with recording engineer Mikko Karmila, who worked on the Hatebreeder (1999), Follow the Reaper (2001), and Hate Crew Deathroll (2003) albums.  Producer Peter Tägtgren (Immortal, Marduk, Amon Amarth) oversaw production on both vocals and keyboards.  The album was mixed at Finland’s famed Finnvox Studios.  Cover artwork was created by artist Sam Saramäki, known for his work on classic COB records such as Follow The Reaper and 2005’s Are You Dead Yet?.
