Resistance released their debut album “Trauma” in 2006 and the follow up “Two Sides of a Modern World” in 2008. The initial releases gave Resistance a chance to perfect their brand of Death and Hardcore and landed them a support slot throughout Europe with Brazilian metal legends Sepultura and death core band All Shall Perish. They further toured in support of ProPain showing off their brutal hardcore side.
In late 2013, Resistance entered the famous Noise Factory Studios in Belgium to record their latest onslaught of brutality titled “The Seeds Within”. Fans of classic death metal bands like Suffocation, Dying Fetus, and Cannibal Corpse will love the blood-soaked slab of brutality brought forth on this new album. While fans of the new wave of Post Hardcore and Deathcore such as Oceano, Job For A Cowboy, and Veil Of Maya will embrace the hardcore and melodic elements.
