Fargen Amplification Launches New Dealer Program at NAMM 2013
Fargen Amplification, Inc. announces its dealer network, which marks a departure from its fifteen-year direct-to-consumer model.
Over the past four months, Fargen has transitioned away from its direct model, and has brought on select dealers in the U.S. and 15 additional countries, focusing on businesses that can properly represent its boutique brand.
“We have been carefully planning this transition in our business model for over four years, and we have been adding some amazing dealers across the globe” says Ben Fargen, founder.
Fargen’s approach is to secure enough dealers to represent its brand and line of amps and pedals, in each state in the U.S. as well as all major markets throughout the world, with the goal to get their amplifiers and pedals in front of players that may have heard the name, but have not had the opportunity to try the actual products. “ The mission here is to enable players at all levels, in all countries, to be able to step into their local dealer, plug in, and experience the Fargen tone.”
Fargen launched a new website in December that features dealer links, and is putting a major effort into its new presence at NAMM, including artist appearances in its booth (#2595) as well as co-sponsorship of a premier event on Saturday night.
Fargen is actively seeking additional dealers for its network. Authorized dealers can be found on Fargen’s dealer page at www.fargenamps.com/dealers and new dealer inquiries are welcome.
