Dean Markley announces a tone summit meet and greet with Supertramp’s Carl Verheyen, plus Steve Trovato and Brian Kahanek at 11:00AM on January 26th, at booth # 2710 during this year’s National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) show.

Carl Verheyen is an accomplished guitarist with a multi-faceted career spanning 40 years. While considered a guitar virtuoso; he is also a producer, educator, arranger, vocalist, songwriter, session player and studio musician. His exceptional talent and expansive career brings numerous accolades from the music industry. He has been named “One of the Top 10 Guitar Players in the World” and “One of the Top 100 Guitarists of All Time”.

Steve Trovato is a world class guitarist who has released several recordings under his own name. All of which have been met with favorable reviews. He is as versatile as they come and has come to master several styles of music. Trovato’s masterly technique, intoxicating spontaneity and mesmerizing choice of material never fail to dazzle audiences everywhere.  His kaleidoscopic mixture of genre hopping is at once exhilarating and soothing, handily ranking him as one of the most accomplished and emotionally affecting guitarists in the world.

Brian Kahanek was born in Ohio, raised in Texas and now lives in Los Angeles. As a solo artist he creates his own brand of Blues, Country and Rock which has earned him a worldwide audience.  Brian is featured in the top selling video games Guitar Hero 2 and Rock Band.  In addition to his solo career, he has recorded guitars and mixed for some of music’s top artists including Tim McGraw, Multi-platinum Latin Group RBD (Rebels), Virgin recording artist, Betzi, Walt Disney Pictures and Warner Bros Pictures. Brian is also a sought-after recording engineer with film and video game credits that include Pixar’s Finding Nemo and The Incredibles and Peter Jackson’s King Kong.
