Billy Ray Cyrus has partnered with Kentucky rockers on a music video for their beautifully haunting ballad “The Rambler,” which premiered on CMT Music and Cyrus stars in the video as the title character “The Rambler,” a drifter who tries to face his past in a simple tale of guilt, heartache, and longing for redemption. The video was directed by fellow Kentuckian Blake Judd (Shooter Jennings, Blackberry Smoke).

“If you are ready to hear a great band with an incredible song, hit play,” Cyrus said. “I was honored when they asked me to bring ‘The Rambler’ to life. Make something real? Hell yea. I’m in!”

“The Rambler” is featured on ’s latest studio album ‘Kentucky’ (Mascot Label Group), which hit #1 on Billboard’s Top Hard Music Albums chart and is their highest charting album to date. “Though are known for their hard rocking songs, the guys scale things back with ‘The Rambler,’” Loudwire wrote of the track, calling it “the group’s road song about being away from loved ones while pursuing their career.”

“The Rambler has been an incredibly special song to us from the beginning and we knew the video had to be equally as special, but not too over dramatic. Simple and effective,” said. “We are honored to have Billy Ray Cyrus as ‘The Rambler’ in the video, as well as the many amazing actors and team it took to make this story come to life. We hope this special song and video hits a chord with you like it has for us.”
