Edge Of Paradise reveals new lineup, and plans for 2013!

Edge Of Paradise welcomed the newest member of the band, bass player Baris Ari! Read his bio here.

The group is currently in the studio with Bob Kulick (KISS, Motorhead) and Brett Chassen finishing up the song “Break Away” to be mixed by the legendary Michel Wagener, for their upcoming EP. The EP will include upcoming single “In A Dream” recorded by Robert Pace and mixed by Michael Wagener. The new songs will be a showcase for the staggering growth and maturity achieved by the band, since the release of their debut, “Mask”. “Our main goal, as a band, is to create a sound, unique to ourselves, and songs that can stand on their own for decades to come. Even though, we will always evolve and strive for the limits, we feel like we’ve created something special with “Perfect Shade Of Black”. ” – Edge Of Paradise

Emerging from Los Angeles, CA the band has been going full force since the release of their debut album Mask, in 2011. Even though there has been changes and challenges along the way, these obstacles have enabled the band to grow. The album was released to positive reviews worldwide and debuted at #6 on national CMJ, right behind Five Finger Death Punch. Edge Of Paradise plan to tour heavy in the new year, the first confirmed dates for 2013 include:

• Mt. Tabor Theater in Portland, OR 01/18/2013 (lineup includes tribute acts, Dio Rising and Live Undead Slayer Tribute formed by the bassist from Everclear).
• Black Forest, Salem, OR 01/19/2013
• Rock Harvest II, MD 11/2013 – benefit concert for the Fallen Blue. “We are very excited and honored to be a part of Rock Harvest II, and play among the veterans of our genre.” -Edge Of Paradise.
