Etched In Stone - The Failure of Modern ManFour years have passed since Central California’s unit,   their debut album, ‘Emulate The Defiler.’ Following that the was forced to take an unexpected break as they dealt with multiple shifts in their line up. This also led to numerous setbacks in recording their follow album, which was originally intended for release in Summer 2013.

Despite the many setbacks and only releasing the single ‘At the Altar of Lethe‘ in 2013, Etched In Stone have pushed on, refining their sound and recording the remaining tracks as time allowed. They are finally set to release their sophomore album, “,” this June.

 vocalist/producer  Lewis, had the following to say about the forthcoming release: “Releasing this album, for me at least, is a form of much needed closure. We’ve been hard at work on it for nearly 3 years and have had several discouraging setbacks and battles along the way, so I’m not only overjoyed that is finally able to bring something new and entirely different from what we’ve ever done before to the table, but it’s enthralling to finally be able to say IT IS FINISHED! boldly stepping into new territory with this musically and is a damn good indicator of what the future of ’s sound holds!

,” is set for release on June 24, 2014, and is the long awaited follow to ‘s debut full length, “Emulate The Defiler,” which the self released in March 2010. “Emulate The Defiler” can be streamed in it’s entirety at this location.
