During a series of “rumbles” at the club, bands are judged on their musicianship, stage presence, originality, and songwriting. The top eight finalists will have the opportunity to play the emerging artists stage at Monster Energy’s Welcome To Rockville on either Saturday, April 27 or Sunday, April 28, 2013. Band point standings can be found on Jack Rabbits’ Facebook page: www.facebook.com/JackRabbitsLive.
