THEORY OF A DEADMAN continue their decade-long musical crusade to speak the sometimes bitter truth about relationships and dominate the airwaves at the same time. Their new single “Hurricane”–from their 2011 full-length album THE TRUTH IS… (Roadrunner Records)–is doing just that. The massively successful Canadian rock band’s “Hurricane” is reverberating rock radio nationwide, currently Top 10 on the Active Rock chart and Top 15 on Mainstream Rock chart. The crossover track is also being added to Hot AC stations, impacting this week.

On Monday, April 9, THEORY OF A DEADMAN will kick off their U.S. headlining tour with Pop Evil and Stellar Revival as support. The run begins in Tallahassee, FL and stops in Orlando, FL, Atlanta, GA, Sayreville, NJ, Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN and Dallas, TX along the route. They’ll also perform at radio shows such as Rockfest (May 12) and LAZERfest (May 13) in addition to high-profile festivals Rock on the Range (May 19) and Rocklahoma (May 26). For ticket info visit:

THEORY OF A DEADMAN have earned themselves legions of loyal fans and notoriety for their honest and direct lyrics, matched with hard rock power and soaring pop melodies. In his distinctive tone, frontman TYLER CONNELLY minces no words in “Hurricane” as he compares a broken romance to a disaster, singing lines like “And now we’re standing in the eye of the storm and everything is gone, nothing remains/I’m caught in a hurricane, I’m leaving here dead or alive.” Check out a lyric video for the song below.

THE TRUTH IS… debuted #8 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart and #2 on iTunes Rock Album charts. The Howard Benson (My Chemical Romance, 3 Doors Down) produced album has sold nearly 200,000 copies and gave birth to two other widely successful singles: “Lowlife” was the #1 song at Rock radio for three consecutive weeks while “Bitch Came Back” was Top 15 at Active Rock radio. THEORY OF A DEADMANCONNOLLY (Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar), DAVID BRENNER (Rhythm Guitar), DEAN BACK (Bass) and JOEY DANDENEAU (Drums)–has sent 16 songs into the Top 25 on various charts, including three #1s. Their last album Scars & Souvenirs (2008) has reached Platinum status, selling over 1 million copies.
