Death-ray-visionWhat happens when you pair up current members of Killswitch Engage and Shadows Fall with ex members of Overcast and Cannae is pure hardcore magic and the creation of the supergroup of sorts, . The band’s debut EP Get Lost Or Get Dead showcases brutal hardcore at its finest and is chock full of raw power and intensity that is sure to please even the most finicky fans of the genre.

The five track EP was recorded in Massachusetts with producer Benny Grotto and truly captures the raw energy and emotion of a  live performance combined with modern production techniques, seamlessly bridging the gap between the past and future. The entire EP from start to finish clocks in at a little over fourteen fast and furious minutes taking the listener on a wild ride of thrash metal rhythms and absolutely slamming guitar riffs. This EP was one wild ride that certainly ended too soon and will certainly leave you more than anxious to find out what is in store for round two which will be an LP set to be released later this year.

It is awesome to hear the band members from these various bands taking a risk and returning to their hardcore origins to create some truly killer tunes that will without a doubt become fast favorites for those that are looking for some solid hardcore tunes. Tracks such as Not For The Glory and Chainsaw of Bees showcase the true skill and musicianship of  the band members and feature some killer shreds. During the recording process for Get Lost Or Get Dead the band caught the attention of record label Bullet Tooth, a label that very much shares the same D.I.Y ethics that root this band together so it was only natural that they would sign on with Bullet Tooth to create a lucrative partnership.

Get Lost Or Get Dead will be released via BulletTooth on May 14, 2013 and will be available n 7″ Vinyl, Digipack CD, and digital download formats.
